Shipping Info: Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of Cogo's choosing. Carriage will be at cost to the customer and forms part of the invoice. We aim to dispatch goods within 3 working days. Please wait 31 days to report to Cogo.
Return Policy: Goods that are faulty or do not fit must be returned to Cogo, Josip Kriznic s.p., Cesta 2/23, 3320 Velenje, Slovenia within 14 working days of the item being received by the customer.

If you want to return an item for exchange or refund at no fault of Cogo - please return to the address above confirming why. As no fault lies with Cogo, shipping costs to re-send the exchange will be charged (amount dependant on location & weight of product).
